Warranty and repair

We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in the best possible condition. However, occasionally an order may break down in transit or something else may happen that results in a warranty claim. If this happens, please notify us within two months of discovering it.

Free repair in case of manufacturing defect

If your product breaks within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, the repair is free of charge. A manufacturing defect is when, under normal use, your product breaks down sooner than you might reasonably expect.

Paid repair in case of user damage

When the defect is due to your own use, this is called user damage. This is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will still be happy to help you repair it, but you will have to pay for it. We cannot tell you in advance how much it will cost. We will first examine your product, make an estimate and wait for your decision before starting the repair.
