Ordering and shipping

The expected delivery time depends on the type of item and the shipping method. Once we have received your order and payment, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code as soon as possible. You can use this to track your shipment. Using the link, you can find the exact delivery date as soon as it has been scheduled by the courier.

We will deliver the product to the address you provided when placing your order. You cannot change the address once we have already shipped the package. DHL takes care of the distribution.

We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after the confirmation of the order. In the unlikely event that this does not happen, you can request us to:

• Refund the amount you paid for the product immediately, or;
• send a replacement product (of equal value).
