Return policy (right of withdrawal)

You may always return the product within 14 days (withdrawal period) after you receive it. You can do this by sending an email to info@kattengrit.com before the withdrawal period has expired. After you have received a confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 days. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you want to keep the product.

Once we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days. If you return only part of your order, the cost of delivery will not be refunded. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we notify you otherwise.

We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, no fees will be charged for such refunds. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

During the time you have to consider whether to keep the product, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The following products are excluded from the right to return:

• Products made to the customer's specifications (customized).
• Quickly perishable goods (products with a limited shelf life).
• Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene or health protection and are not sealed.
• Newspapers, magazines and journals.
• Services and goods that are very sensitive to fluctuations in the financial market over which the merchant has no control.
• Sealed products whose seal has been broken.
